Dear New Parishioner,
I would like to welcome you to the St. Paul Parish
family. We are a large, diverse, and multicultural parish full of
people of all ages and backgrounds. St. Paul's is a "stewardship
parish" where we celebrate our God-given gifts, talents, and abilities and
respond to His blessings by generously sharing our time, talent, and
treasure. You will quickly discover that there is a spirit of welcome
and acceptance evident at St. Paul's.
This spirit is evident in our communal prayer and in the diverse
ministries and group activities we promote and support. No matter what
your station or status of life may be, you will find that the St. Paul
community welcomes you and is prepared to help you participate in the life
of the parish to the extent that is practical for you.
It is my prayer for you that you will discover and deepen your awareness
of God's love for you at the parish. It is our calling to reach out to
all members of the Body of Christ in acceptance, love, and support.
As you complete your registration materials, I ask that you prayerfully
reflect on your blessings and gifts. Your commitment of financial
support as well as personal involvement in the life of the parish is part of
your grateful response to God for your blessings. It is only through
the generosity of our parishioners that we can provide the loving and caring
community that supports each member of our parish family.
