Music Ministries
The St. Paul Choir is open to anyone of high school age and up. They meet on Wednesdays from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, and minister at the 10:45am mass on Sunday. Consistency in attendance is a top priority, and the ability to match pitch is a must. Auditions by appointment.
The Children’s Choir is open to children 2nd grade and higher. They meet on Tuesdays from 5:00pm – 6:00pm, and minister at the 9:00am mass on Sunday approximately once a month.
This vibrant group sings a broad spectrum of music from traditional to contemporary. The ensemble rehearses at 10:45am on Sunday mornings.
The Life Teen Ensemble is open to enthusiastic teens and young adults who want to praise God through the music of today’s Contemporary Christian composers. The group rehearses at 4:00pm on Sunday afternoons and ministers at the 5:30pm Sunday Mass.
The Spanish Choir rehearses on Thursdays at 7:30pm, and sings at the 2:00pm Spanish Mass on Sunday.
The Brazilian choir sings at the 7:30pm mass on Saturday.
Cantors and instrumentalists lead the music at the 12:15pm daily Mass. Rehearsals are scheduled prior to Mass.
Cantors lead our congregation in singing our hymns and the various Mass parts. If you have competent vocal abilities and are interested in leading the assembly in song, please contact the music office for an audition appointment.
We welcome proficient instrumentalists who would like to minister at any of our liturgies. If you play an instrument, contact the music office to set up a time to meet with the music director.
Our tech volunteers run the PowerPoint slides during the weekend masses. This ministry is great for teens needing service hours.
