Children’s One Day Choir Camp – Aug. 9

The Music Ministry invites young people entering the second grade and up to participate in a free, one-day Choir Camp on Friday, August 9, 2024, from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Choir Director Paige Sentianin and Music Director Mary Gant will lead the group in games, music-learning activities, and song rehearsals.

Materials and some snacks will be provided, but please bring a packed lunch. The goal of this camp is not only to become a choir, but also to inspire individual leaders and build musicianship skills.

Campers will have the opportunity to sing at the 9:00am Mass on Sunday, August 11, to put into practice all of the music and skills they learned at camp. No prior experience is necessary, and after camp is over, the participants can continue their musical journey by joining choir throughout the year.
