Triduum of Prayers for the June Saints: June 11, 12 & 13

The Brazilian Community of St. Paul will host the Triduum of Prayers for the June Saints on June 11, 12 and 13 at 7:30pm at the outdoor Marian Shrine.

In Brazil, the Triduum during June generally refers to the three days leading up to or surrounding certain Catholic feast days, particularly those linked to the popular Festas Juninas. These June festivals are deeply rooted in both Catholic tradition and Brazilian cultural celebrations.

During the Triduum in June, Brazilians most commonly honor three important Catholic saints, whose feast days fall close together and are associated with major festivities:

1. Saint Anthony of Padua (Santo Antônio)

2. Saint John the Baptist (São João Batista)

3. Saint Peter (São Pedro)

All are welcome!
